There have seen so many complaints made about KGLA Publications / Who's Who Among Outstanding Middle School Students. It is a shame that a company like this that took in over $3,000, 000 annually could run out of money and not have the common sense to keep money aside to put out the product. Now this company has not only ruined the reputation of a wonderful concept, but they have committed fraud by taking in millions of dollars and not putting out a product.
