Snapfish does not notify its customers prior to signing up for their online video services that if and when the subscription expires ($24.99 a year), not only will the service stop, But they will go back and delete ALL your videos for that entire year!
Even the customer service person I spoke to said he could not find the contract that states this online on the page you would sign up to subscribe. It only exists on the help page, after the fact.
It is one thing to cancel the service, but another to back track, and remove my personal videos which I paid for to download. Worse of it is that they give no chance for me to upload it, nor do they sell a DVD which I could load my videos onto and have them.
Therefore, I am stuck with no videos from an entire year of my life and my newborn's life. This has to be illegal. If I knew about this prior to the subscription I would not have agreed, that means for my lifetime I am forced to pay them or I have NO records available to me of that one year paid subscription? Buyers Beware!
