Oofay took my money and never sent the virtual gold

7/21 ordered 500 in gold - now 8/02 and still haven't gotten anything. I sent message after message via email to [email protected], tried the chat and nothing. Then I got an email back saying "don't worry" they are having trouble mining for gold. WOWMINE.com fulfilled my order very fast - so I doubt it's the lack of GOLD.

I paid $15.78 USD for my order that they HAVE taken from my account under their name of OOFAYTECHNO.

I sent them one last email today that if I don't get this gold (virtual money for the WOW game) or my money paid back TODAY, I'm starting a formal complaint process - AND I WILL.

I don't care if it's 15.78 or a buck - it's my hard worked for money and it belongs to me.

NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL - NEVER GOT AN IN WORLD MESSAGE - just a cheesy email reply they send out to everyone. See below - my reply first - their ONE reply in the middle and then my first email at the bottom.

Still having issues farming? You either pay me back my 15.78, pay me my gold of 500 in WOW, or I'm going to start the fraud report through paypal and contact the board of consumers TODAY.

Receipt ID xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx and you have taken my money with the OOFAYTECHNO on my statement for Item # Gxxxxxxxxx for xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

I'm not cool with getting scammed, I want my money back or my GOLD TODAY!!!

I've been patient enough wouldn't you say? Also I know you can be mining for Gold another company fulfilled my order just fine YOU HAVE NOT!

I've tried calling tried the chat and this is my second email!!!

If I don't see a reply in writing about my order in 24 hours I will report you to Paypal, the board of Consumers or whoever I have too. Lack of communication is ridiculous at this point.

Gold order for xxxxxxxxxxxxx paid with paypal receipt ID: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx for Item # Gxxxxxxx for 500 Gold at $15.78. I still have not received the gold. Could you tell me how long this might take or if there will be any delay?

I've ordered gold from another vendor two days ago and still have not received that, so I came to you to see if you are quicker and more reliable.

Please let me know either way. Thanks
