I recently changed phone carriers from AT&T to a different phone provider. When my final bill came it stated, (We are adjusting $93.64 from your telephone bill for unpaid unregulated service and/or 900 charges. The 900 carriers and/or service providers may pursue independent collection activities on the disputed charges.) Next a phone number and name of the people to contact about the bill. The most interesting part was the date of services which was not on the bill I had to call the 800 number to get what little info. I could. Date of service May 3rd 2008. My entire family self included was out of our home. OUT OF THE STATE!!! HOW on earth could any one of us had done this if we weren't even in THIS STATE at the time of service? My family consists of 4 people, me, my husband (the OBVIOUS one for me to question) my 5yr. Old son and 2yr. Old daughter.
But not a one of us was in this house for an entire week and the morning we left was may 3rd. Now they said this call was made at 10:33 PM on may 3rd. Wasn't us we were already at my parents and in bed. They said Cell phones could not call this number, so no one called and charged it PLEASE TELL ME WHATS GOING ON. THEY MUST NOT HAVE ENOUGH CUSTOMERS so started making them up. MUST be a sorry SEX HOTLINE!!!
