Destry Henson sold me ownership in a piece of Arizona land for $30,000. I was requried to make additional monthly payments on the land to maintain the investment. After multiple attempts to contact Mr. Henson for an update on the land, he became very evasive. I started doing some research and discovered he had sold the property and pocketed all of the proceeds. Mr. Henson has refused to return my initial investment and my portion of profits from the sale of the land.
After numerous unsuccessful attempts to recover my investment, I sued Mr Henson. I received a default judgement for $48,686.72 in Nevada. Mr. Henson has not paid me back 1 cent.
My advice to anyone contemplating entering into any type of business transaction with Destry Henson would be to run the other way.in my opinion, he is a bona fide crook.
