Do not buy anything at Fry's expecially with an extended warranty. They tried to replace a broken, unrepairable printer with a refurbished one worth 1/7th of the price I paid for the original. As I went up the "food chain", the customer service got worse. They would rather lose a customer than make one happy! Keep it up guys, what goes around comes around! I will never step foot in another Fry's and I advise anyone to shop elsewhere!
