I became a member of SMC, and then changed my mind within the 30 days. I purchased their merchant club products within the 30 days for $890. I canceled my membership with SMC and returned the box of merchant club products and all of the SMC information kit within the 30 days.
SMC returned the membership fee, but not the $890 for the merchant club products. They did not return the merchant club products either. All this took place in December. They returned my membership fee in January. They gave me no explanation for not returning the product, since I paid $890 for them. I still have all the cancellation letters, that I sent to them.
I trusted SMC, because their advertisement was on TV. After this little incident SMC continued to email me like everything was already. I am still very upset.
