What to say about Ventana USA. More negative things come to mind than positive. My husband was a victim of their cruel let go policies. He was cowardly notified on the phone that he was no longer employed by Ventana USA because he did not fit the position (a shipping and receiving position). Baffled, we called the HR department for an explanation. He honestly didn't understand why he was being terminated. Everyday he showed up on time, did his work, and not once did he receive a warning about his work, nor was he corrected on any issue that they may have had.
After rudely being ignored by HR for three weeks, we finally received a letter in the mail. It stated Daniel was not grasping the even basic functions of shipping and receiving (he had three years of previous experience, dare I say BS!). Also the letter was poorly typed with missing punctuation and misspelled words. That makes me wonder what kind of morons run this company.
My husband tried to apply for unemployment, but was turned down. Why you ask, because Ventana being the scam artists they are, told the department that my husband had been warned many times, and in writing too, that his performance was not up to par. LIAR! This childish and absolutely vicious act has caused us to face uncertainty with our finances.
My warning to you: Stay away from the monster and terrible employer that Ventana is. If you want a good job, your better off at McDonalds where they may give you a sliver of dignity. Any company that treats its employees as terribly as Ventana should not even be considered for your next employer.
