North Shore Agency Subscription Renewed against my will and I had to send multiple notes and phone calls just to cancel it 8 months late

I signed up for a one year Prevention Magazine subscription and paid the bill. A year later, I did not renew the subscription, because I did not like the new magazine format. Then I got a letter in the mail from a credit agency stating that I was deliquent on the account for the second year, that I did ask for. I am extremely, busy and tried to call Prevention after my work hours, but they were closed. The IVR required that I have some number to automatically cancel it. But I did not have the number... So I could not resolve it via the IVR. So to keep good credit, I paid the money to the credit agency, but wrote a note to cancel the Prevention Magazine to the credit agency. However, the subscription kept coming. I called to call twice Prevention Magazine, twice during my work hourse, in order to stop the prescription from coming. Never have I had such a problem with a magazine. I will never order anything from this agency. What a horrible experience.
