I could not cancel my service 3 months ago because of the contract that they claim I signed. My phone bill was shut off because I couldn't afford it, now they are sending a bill for $175.97 for cancelling before a year was up. I started out with Commonwealth Telephone Co. And had no choice when Frontier took over. Now they want me to pay. My children are paying for the cell phone that I have for communication now because I can not affford everything and I had to cut back somewhere so I don't loose everything I have worked so hard for.
