After being quoted to make my move they trippled the amount at time of delivery, placed my goods in storage and threatened me that if I didn't pay the full amount they would sell off my household for payment within 15 days.
The owners wife was belligerent and degrading and basically abusive and rude when asking to have a copy of my bill. After several requests for my signed agreement they refused to send it.
I was never allowed to abserve the weight of my shipment in which mysteriously took off 11 days BEFORE the actual delivery date. And not once was I even told that the shipment was sent by weight. I had been given a flat rate by the owner Al Davis.
After 26 calls to Mr. Al Davis and not one return call I called Move Rescue, Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Administration, Consumer Help Lines, Police Department, FBI, Consumer Afairs, Better Business Bureau with no help untill an investigation takes place.
Who knows how long that will take and meanwhile, my whole life and my children's is in some storage pod with the fear of everything being sold out from underneith us in 15 days.
My children and I are literally sick and scared. And the company has no sympathy or caring what so ever.
