On 1/23, I placed an online order with the seller using my Paypal account. After 3 weeks with no receipt of the product, I contacted the seller via phone who told me that the item was shipping the following day. This went on for over 2 months, with numerous phone calls and emails and promises from the seller that the item was shipping. Finally in late April, I called and said I would like a refund. They said it would take a long time as it was through Paypal. I have since not received a refund and the seller is no longer answering their phone or returning emails. On June 12, I finally got their customer service person Joe who answered the phone and again, he said that his office was taking care of it, but he had no way of confirming. He then put me on hold and hung up on me. I know this is a fraudulent company with no intention of sending me the item ordered or issuing a refund. I've filed a report with the BBB but unfortunately the letter they sent to the company was returned undeliverable which they determine that the company is no longer in business. They need a physical address, so if you know of one other than the one below, please let me know.
