This is the e-mail I sent to the company today. It is self explanatory
Dear Sirs:
Please, read this e-mail very carefully!
On April 4, I ordered a sample of your product. The cost was to be only shipping charge (3.95). After a trial period, I was to have a choice to return the unused portion of the product and not be charged for anything else but the shipping.
Your product never arrived here!
Instead, my credit card showed another charge for $88.97 only two weeks after the order was placed. Since there was no telephone number to call you, I waited and my next statement showed again another charge for $88.97.
That's a lot of fraudulent charges!
Finally, since the last statement from my credit card had a telephone number of your company, i called and was informed, that the shipments went to a wrong address and were returned to you!
I would like to know why my credit card was charged for something you were very well aware was returned to you by the united postal service as undeliverable.
After being put on hold for more than an hour yesterday, i was finally able to talk to your rep. I was informed about the returned shipments due to wrong address.
He refused to credit my card with the wrong charges, instead insisted, that no crediting of a charge made in error to a credit card is available, which in itself is an insult to one's intelligence!
Instead, he insisted on sending again the original order (this time to the right address) and cancel any following shipments.
This is not acceptable!
I do not wish to receive anything at all from company. Cancel all orders!
There are several web sites filled with complains about your wrongful charges and serious problems in attempting to connect to live reps from your customer service.
I have already filed a complain with the california attorney general and the better business bureau of your area. I expect an immediate credit for this wrongfully applied charges to my credit card account.
