Dont go to work for either of these companies. They are owned by the same man. He is a convicted felon. He was arrested for stealing. He issued worthless checks to his employees and did not make good on them. He thinks he is above the law and does not have to make his wrongs. Right.
His websites state he provides insurance for all employees, which he does not! He promises you a sign on bonus and when you meet the criteria, he cant afford to pay.
He was the sponsor for a High School Prom Show, for all the local High School students and never donated the winnings to the approperated High School like the advertisment stated... HE KEPT THE MONEY! He is all talk.
Before you decide to work for this company... Do your homework... Look up the background of Michael Pando. Talk to some of the employees, talk to some of the ex employees and you will see all the stories are the same. His companies are a farce, and should not be a part of Ocala's business'.
