Single mother dreams to succeed in life, is vanishing due to Heritage Web Design Company. I have (had) a dream to make my life easier for my child and myself. I did have a plan, to start up a website business, to help woman move on in their lives along with having fun and many other exciting thing about womens lives.
I had been working on this site for over 8 months, and was about two weeks shy of launching my dream. I realized I needed help with the finish product and then proceeded to search the web for assistance, after many attempts locally trying to find help.
This is where the story begins. I had found Heritage Web Design Co on the internet, their webpage, was very intising, especially when I saw they were in the top 25 of the Inc 500 List. Along with their promises. I was eager to contact them to get this started. Little did I know that the person on the other end was just a Sales person wanting to make money, and willing to lie and be dishonest by agreeing to everything I asked and wanted to hear.
The sales person promised me the world, his company can do everything. He said the site would be up and runing about 2 to 3 weeks and they have 24/7 help lines to make our future changes and so forth. Cost $2800 plus $39/mo host fee.
Ok, single mother with not a lot of extra $'s but would use a credit card to finance my dream.
With the economy the way it is today, we all have to watch our pennies, and we trust in others not to rip us off.
But Heritage Web Design has done that to me and my child, along with many other Heritage Web customers. After two months of going back and forth with no good results and lots of frustration, my brother and I started to question this company.
We started to research the web to check the complaints, the stories, the ripoffs of this company selling, lies, being dishonest, just to make that fast buck.
I wish my dream could come true... I will continue striving to make my dream a reality. But in the mean time I want to warn everybody about this company. They need to be shut-down or at least held accountable for the
fraud that they have done to others like me.
Please, Please media search the web, see many other stories about my type of frustration, I beg you to help my story reach other helpless people from being taken advantage of.
Most people would think it is just a little bit of money. No, the money isn't the issue here, it is integerity and respect that companies should give to their customers.
I challegne any attorney to take on this company, stop the fraud. If I stold a gallon of milk to feed my child, do you really think I would just get a slap on the hand. NO! I would pay big consequences for my actions.
I personally can not afford to take on such a big company, but I know there is a Media Company out their who could take on this challenge and help people who have dreams and help their dreams come true.
So, this I asked should this company Heritage Web Design be able to ripoff people/customers, by frauding them of their dreams.
We all live in a "doggie dog" world... But this is a terrible thing that this Web company is getting away with.
