This is another another family destroyed by the legalized kidnapping of our young kids for the adoption for money.
The day CPS investigator Jessica Davis came to my home she treated me as a victim. She stated all the allegations were against my common-law husband. The allegations were of physical abuse and neglect. She stated she could help me if i would leave my husband a go to a shelter. When i denied all the allegations she got up tp leave. Not before she questioned my 9 and 5 year old. II demanded to be present but she would not allow me to be there. Without informing of mine or my childrens right stating she would remove them if i did not allow her to question them. She could find no abuse or neglect. She then inform myself and my husband we were required to take a drug screen. With out hestiation we went the next day in full confidence. But to our utter amazement we FAILED. We the went and payed out of our own hair folicle YOU GUESSED IT WE PASSED.
21 days later she came and made us voluntarily place our children with family (my mother). Jessica told us that the school called. That turned out to be a lie. My mother was the one (out of anger) who called. She has been trying for 9 yrs. To get custody of my daughter. They forced me into signing a saftey plan leaveing the kids with my mother, or they would split them up ("we'll try to keep them together"). Then my mother no longer "able" to care for them. They went to the paternal grandparents. They were seperated. Jessica then came and rip the 2 and 1 year from the father's parents because they are on our side. With no emergency hear or anything they wont allow me to see or speak to any of them. Long story short. We are going to fight these kidnappers.
