I have tried for two months to cancel an order and have them re-imburse the $38.95 they took from of my account

I have the same problem as the other complaints... Had taken $38.95 my my account. I tried numerous calls to them but they answer the phone then quickly... Being a retired cop and disabled vet... This really ticks me off, for something I didn't purchase
