I ordered from this company after noticing a great deal on a Garmin Nuvi 760. Two days later I was requested to confirm my mailing address which essentially was a ploy to try to sell me additional accessories that were not needed for the product, but I was told they were necessary.
Well after reading everyone elses report on here I think the only way you get a product is if you actually order one of the accessories that is not needed. Since I didn't however, I was sent an email a week later saying my product was on back order for 5-6 weeks.
I didn't really care so I figured I would just wait. Then I came across this site and saw the complaints on the company. I then called them and said I would like to place an order and asked if the Nuvi 760 was in stock. Of course I was told it was available, to which I responded with my order number and asking why I haven't had an item shipped to me yet.
This is where it gets good. I was then informed on the definition of "available" and bantered about playing games with "busy" individuals.
Overall do not order from this company and if you've made the mistake contact your credit card card company first, then call your credit card company.
