This architect demanded to be paid by the hour and then would also demand to be paid weekly by knocking on our door, calling, and harassing us for a check to be made out to his name personally so that the check would 'go through' faster at the bank.
Most architects are professional and send a bill every month.
Not this guy. He would do a few hours of work that week, then would demand cash or check to his name in the most aggressive way ever.
This guy also was paid to look out for our best interest at our job site.
He did not such thing.
He turned a blind eye to many things, and did not bother to report problems to the homeowner.
He was as unprofessional as one can get.
