I wish I knew about this site before now. I ordered one bender ball they sent me two, I called and they said they would credit my account for 10 dollars (I hadn't tried the ball yet) so I agreed but I told them not to send any tapes they sent tapes and charged my account 23.97 I called they said they would credit my account and they wouldn't send anymore tapes I agreed (they never credited my account) then they charged my account another 13.00 I called and they said that was the finale charge I lost it I asked to speak to supervisor and the supervisor was on vacation. I told them that I was sending the tapes back that I needed and address she wouldn't give me one. So I told her I was canceling my credit card and protesting the changes from them on my account at that point she gave me RMA number to send the tapes back. So I called my bank and protested the charges and they are taking care of it.
I learned a lesson here I will never buy anything off line without checking this site first.
