Corporate Giant Red Bull Turns Their Backs to 100's of Business Owners in Creative Concepts of America Scam.

Red Bull of North America had recently signed an exclusive multi-million dollar contract with distributing company Creative Concepts of America (CCA).ccA would sell Red Bull Vending Machines to the public and act as their exclusive distributor of Red Bull vending machines made by Royal Vendorsthis has never been done before.

CCA offered the Red Bull Vending as a Franchise opportunity as advertised on the Franchise.com Web Site. Apparently, this is where 95% of the victims had first seen the advertisement. It seemed too good to be true.ccA had studies claiming the Red Bull vending machines sold more than 27 can a day. They will get you up and running in 30 days. They said all the locations and Red Bull energy drinks are included in the total cost. You get 1 year parts and labor and 1 year theft and vandalism insuranceagain, all included in the total price. They claimed full customer support for life, and the bonus was, "zero competition". You received your own "exclusive territory Guaranteed in contract".

Because this was hard to believe, more than half of the victims called Red Bull to see if this in fact was true. Red Bull assured everyone who called that CCA was indeed their "exclusive agent" to sell Red Bull vending machines and that it was OK to buy from them, in fact, they backed CCA 100%.in almost every circumstance, the victims entered into an agreement with CCA because of the go ahead and validation from Red Bullall the victims believed Re Bulls credibility.

Needless to say, none of the above was true. Victims paid tens of thousands of dollars in advance only to find out they wouldn't get their Red Bull vending machines for up to 4 / 5 months and many not even receiving any. The locations were not included. The vending machine rarely sold more than 2 cans a day. They sold to others in your territory regardless of the exclusive territory contract and nobody could ever get through to their customer support. What shocked the victims most was what you boughtwas not a franchise. This whole ordeal was fraud.ccA had conned 100's of innocent people trying to make extra income.

Most of the victims gave up their life savings, got a second on their home, took their kids college funds or borrowed the money to get into this so called Red Bull Vending Machine Franchise. Now they find themselves financially strapped. Many have lost their homes, some ready to lose their homes while others are getting divorced. Meanwhile everyone's credit is going down the tubes because payments can't be kept on loans borrowed.
I myself lost over $130,000 and many victims lost much more than me. The losses amount to over 20 Million Dollars. If this doesn't get your attention then we will go to the media nationally.

The victims had no choice but to approach Red Bull and ask them for help. Well, they got the same story, we'll help you grow your business, call us for customer support, we'll hook you up with your local distributor, when in fact it was all just another lie. Red Bull has done absolutely nothing to help anyone, and now says it had nothing to do with CCA and they couldn't possibly control the way CCA conducted their business, even though CCA was the only company selling the Red Bull vending machines and acted as their exclusive agent. Actually, Red Bull did offer a buy back. They took advantage of the situation by insulting everybody with a 50 cent on the dollar buy back for the vending machines only. You would still be stuck with hundreds of cases of Red Bull which in most cases was ready to pass the expiration date.

Everyone was shocked to find out that this Billion dollar company simply tuned their head like we didn't exist. The people that spent tens of thousands of dollars to do business with a great company like Red Bull. You would believe that this company would stand behind the small businessman and show the world what great company they are. Well I have news for you; Red Bull of North America could care less how many of us victims will lose everything we have. We all wanted the American dreamafter all; Red Bull gave us the OKright?

One would think that when a Billion Dollar Company grants a contract of this significance, that they would certainly stipulate how this company would sell their product, for many reasons other than protecting the reputation and integrity of Red Bull itself. Red Bull of North America would never do business with a company that would sell their product in a way that would cause irreparable financial hard to them.

Red Bull bears the liability to this. They have a responsibility to do business with companies that will not scam or financially harm the Red Bull Vending Machine Franchise investor.

Red Bull was fully aware of all the problems created by CCA well before they pulled the contract from them. Red Bull did send some of the existing buyers an e-mail stating they pulled the contract with CCA. What Red Bull failed to do however, was to actually stop CCA from continuing to sell the Red Bull Vending Machine Franchise to new victims. Many more victims got caught in the scam as a direct result of Red Bull's actions. Red Bull did nothing to stop this. They allowed it to happen, over and over and over again.

Please air this story and help us get our money back. We can't do it with out help from youthe press. We can't even afford an attorney to represent us. There are over 900 people that entered into contract with CCA because of Red Bull. This the only way we can possibly make it happen.
