Uses false pretences to gain contact information harrassing phone calls when I would not use their services Van Nuys

I am the office manager of a plumbing company the first time this company contacted our office the person said he was a investigator and need to talk to the owner.

Thinking that this was a very important call I identified myself as office manager and ask how I could help him. He then proceed to tell me he was a debt collection company and offered his services.

Well I was very upset at the fact that he used false pretences to try to get to the owner so I informed him I was not interested in his services.

They continued to call our company on a daily basis under the same false pretences and I continued to hang up on them. Today I received another call from the company and I informed the woman I knew she was a debt collection company and had no interest in
there sevices and hung up on her.

She immediately called right back at this point I start to get angry because now she is interfering with my service to my customers when I answer the phone she informs me that I am very rude.

I was shocked and told her not to call this office ever again and hung up. The phone immediately rings again and another office person answers because I am actually try to help our customers on another line.

I tell the office help to but them on hold and forward the call to me this time I informed this person that I was now calling the police that they are interfering with my business service and hang up.

To my surprise the phone rings again and it's them I answer the phone very politely and asks if they can hold she says yes and I say great putting her on hold letting her think I am getting the police and she hangs up after a moment.

I received ten calls from her in a matter of minutes that day just to harass me since I would not use there service, and aleast six calls in one day on another ocassion.

And I am still trying to keep them from calling us on a daily basis. The number listed on my caller ID for them when they call is a non working number, tried *69 on the phone and it says unable to call this number.

So I went to the internet and put the number in a reverse search 818-786-5413 and it comes up with the name Forensic Case Management Services Inc and a CA address.

I researced the internet for Forensic Case Management Services Inc and ended up here, and after reading the reports here I am glad I went with my instincts in the beginning
