Took my money but didn't deliver on their promise. Want my money back. But how?

I signed up for Angel Stevens Process at Home training package and nothing has happened. I feel I've been scamed and I want my money back. The problem is how do I go about it so I don't get the run-around? Is there someone out there that can help me?
