I am very upset with Dynowatt and do not take there word that the energy has went up so much. I think they didn't have a hedge fund like they needed and now are trying to take advantage of there good customer base. I know they are not honoring the terms of service agreement. Why even have one if they don't honor their word? The goverment really needs to step in on this one and protect us as consumers or this will happen again to other people. I hope they step up to the plate for us and get this straightened out.
