My husband works for marcus evans in south africa & i really think people should know how deceptive this company really is. For 2mths my husband has not had his commision (the once in a while commision) paid in on time and now the 3rd mth his basic was late. The GM is always drunk or smelling of last nights alcohol to do anything about it. Further more the basic salary does not even cover monthly expenses. They promise that you can make lots of commision but the people in production dont give you good products to sell so you dont actually make anything. If you do its maybe twice a year. When my husband tries to speak to his boss about the situation of salaries he gets told that his boss does not want to hear about personal problems. Being paid your salary is a company problem not personal. What does he work for then? I am sick of hearing that the GM does not do anything about the problems at work cause his excuse is that people in accounts and production are his pets therefore they are to be left alone. How can you even think of running a company like this? Something needs to be done about this as marcus evans is just getting more worse by the day to work for. The owner of marcus evans just rakes in the money and is sitting on millions but he cant make sure his companies around the world are run correctly or even look after his staff who actually bring in all that money for him. What a shame and disgrace. Please do something about this as people around the world are suffering.
