Wealth Intelligence Academy - Learn About Forclosures
Did not provide the service they said they would Albany / Macon

I would like to first say thank you to all who have worked so hard to get the word out. My wife and I like countless thousands before us went to the free seminar (infomercial) who told us that for $199.00, we would be taught in a three day seminar everything we needed to know about foreclosures. This is something we have always been interested in and got out the credit card only to find out that we would be sitting through two days of sales presentations on how we all need to go to advanced training that would cost between 9-44K. I say two, because on the second night I opened up Goggle (Couldn't the first night because I was too loaded down with homework) and saw all of the blogs; read what was said on the BBB; read a great article the New York Times published on Russ Whitney and all of what John Reed had on his website. It's appalling what these people are doing and how they are doing it. (Just type in Russ Whitney in Google, It's also a shame, but it looks like Robert Kiyosaki with Rich Dad Education is right there with him now too).

I down loaded all I could find on my laptop desktop and the morning of the 3rd day, I went in early and stayed in the parking lot to make sure that all 39 other attendees also found out what I had learned. I didn't tell them not to go in, (I wanted to yell RUN! Hide! Escape! But people have to make thier own choices) but I did send a clear message on what I had learned and wanted to make sure they went in with their eyes wide open. I told them about the "system" that is being used and the script I had read from blogs dating back to 2004 where the room is kept cold because Russ says that it increases sales. I also pointed out all of the things that were being said, the family pictures and how we are doing this for our children and grand-children is all part of the script. I let them know I do not believe any of what I was being told and that the cost of this education is almost as ridiculous and the touting of the discount price only if you accept today! I would have loved to stand up in the room, but knew I would not have been able to get my message out before I was told to leave. The beauty of the parking lot, is that they did not have any authority there (like in the room they rented) and I was able to get the message to every attendee before one of the "success team" members "Joe" came out and asked me to not "discourage any more of his students and kill these poor peoples dreams". It is really interested how he immediately acknowledged right off that I "must have gone to the internet last night", I told him "of course! Just as I would not buy any real estate without first doing due diligence, I would certainly not buy into their training program at a cost of over $30k without doing the same!" He said that any big business that does the volume they do, (he mentioned contact of over 30,000 people per month) gets bad press, just like Microsoft! (we all know that is a ridiculous comparison to use here). He also said they have been in business for over 21 years and has thousands of successful people! I would love to go over our whole discussion, but I don't want to bore you, but if you do the math, you can imagine how that last statement just doesn't add up to very good odds that I would want to invest this kind of money in.

The bottom line is that any company who uses sales tactics like these people do promoting everyone to increase their limits of their credit cards by $50k so they can get then to charge this for training, allowing the ones who are desperate already in their financial lives to do the same is not someone who I want to learn from! We did not get what we paid for during these three days, but we feel the lesson we learned was worth it. Only one person left without going in this morning. Who knows how it turned out for the others, but I felt it was my moral obligation to spread the word. I only hope that someone else reads this and decides to back off also. Oh yeah, the software they tout? Spoke to a realtor who told me that they use RealtyTrac which also provides foreclosure software and much more. I might make some mistakes, but I will get the help from lawyers, not shysters who could get me thrown in prison.
