9,000 down and will be payng the rest of my life texas

I bought a car with putting 9,000.00 down have paid faithfully on time for 14 months my pay off still higher than price of car 14 months at 500.00 and nothing went on the principal. I have tried and tried to get a pay off that the company only has 3 p.O. Boxes no physical addresses I get no reply from them. I wold love to join in on a class action suit these people need shut down. Karen Birmingham Alabama
