Globalinx international plan was supposed to include calls to mobiles in Europe based on information provided by globalinx in one their conference calls that was confirmed to me in my online chat with one of their customer representatives. Now Globalinx has changed the story about calls to mobile without letting its customers know. They have started to bill their customers for those calls even though in april / may those calls were not charged.
Evidently they are removed any trace of that information from their website. And anf curiously they don't archive logs of their chat. Do they have a document retention policy?
