Unknown company, unknown debt, Holiday, does not answer phone or have option to leave message

I have a debt listed on my credit report for $1,738 and I do not know who "Holiday" is as they list the original debtor.

I have tried calling them multiple times and there is always a long hold time (10 minutes approx) followed by some random excuse such as today's excuse, "we have no one available to answer your call due to an emergency in the building."

If there was no one in the building due to an emergency, that would be a standard message on the phone immediately when I called, not a long hold time first.

I have never been able to reach this company nor have I received any information as to what this debt would be regarding.

I am disputing and will take legal action if neccessary to remove this from my credit report.
