Maxine Burns Hardy Attorney At Law does not communicate with clients well, lack of knowledge, poor staff

Absolutely the worst experience with an attorney I have ever had.

The staff of Maxine Hardy Burns were very impersonable and had extreme lack of knowledge about my case. The staff always had to be reminded about what has taken place.

The attorney Maxine Hardy Burns would not return phone calls and only address issues through the mail when she had to.

The attorney Maxine Hardy, did not comply to what she promised me as a client. It was agreed upon that she would file an order to prove child support payments were made. Then later decided that she needed extra money to file the report.

The attorney was not to file an income deduction order, but she could not remember so she had the oposing atorney file anyway (lack of knowledge)

It seems as if once she received her money that she was no longer interested in my case. It appears that this attorney is only interested in money and not her clients.

If you decide to use this Attorney, I would do so with caution and get anything you agreed upon in writting or else it will not happen. That was my mistake.

This complaint is based on my experience with this attorney. Someone else may have a different experience. I just want people to use caution and get things in writting if you decide to use the services of this particular attorney.
