I have had my home for over 11 year. I have run into some financial difficultity because I had to move and rent my home. I had to put so much work into it just to bring it up to standard because it was so poorly built. I still am unable to rent for the full mortgage, taxes and ins. I was running just a little over 30 day late and call Mr Morrison in the Fayetteville office to work out payment arrangement. The first time that came out of his mouth was for me to sign the house over to them. Before he ever talk about working out a payment plan. Told that I could have the full payment the pass month and current month pay at the end of the month. Well he refuse to accept that stated he would start foreclosure. He talk to me like I was a dog. My sister was listening in. I ask him for his boss number so he gave me a number. Then he call me back and started asking me information that he already had like my address and phone which clearly he had because he just call me back. Then he call me again and stated the number for his boss was not working and he would email his boss to call me. Then the next morning a Mr. Emerson call and let a message on my phone like he was mad with the world and when I called he back he lit into me. He stated everything that Mr Morrison had say just like it was rehearsel.
This was not my first encounter with Mr. Morrison 5 year ago I got behind just 30 day and because I was out of work for a month due to Bell's Palsy. Mr Morrison treated me like a dog. He even came to my house and harrased my teen age daughter when I was not at home. I told him I was going to get an attorney because he had no right to enter my property and harrass a teenager when I was not at home.
Then Jim Walter sent a black man to my house for the home office to work out a payment plan with me as if that would make a different. Something has to be done about the tactic that are using on customer. It is not fair and it make you feel so helpless.
