This company has taken me for far more then just the $5500.00 they charged me for there program, I was promised the world for months on end until I finally gave in to what has turned out to be nothing but lies. I was told by there sales people that I would make no less then 10,000.00 a month and would be able to retire within three years with millions to live off of for years to come. When I first started to look into there program I was doing so to get out of my normal line of work, bounty hunting, I had been laid up again after having been shot for the fifth time and was looking for something to let me spend more time with my step kids and allow me to keep my promise to change my carrier and do something less hazardous, I didn't take to there sales pitch at first, after all I was not even able to walk at the time and it was going to be a few months before I could so I had some time before I needed to decide. The women that had taken over my sale ended up using my promise to my youngest to convince me that there program was my answer. After going threw there program, "a binder of copied text giving me no more real estate knowledge then that I all ready knew, and having there trainer call me once a week to basically give me the answers to there testing questions, I miraculously passed there program and was allowed to finally start looking for properties, you see there deal/promise to me was that if I paid them to be trained by them I would be able to then purchase properties using there resources then be paid first a 1% finders fee and then share in the profits after resale until I got big enough to branch out on my own. Well I used my hunting talents to hunt down nearly 200 homes, submitting them 10 and 20 at a time, I found some real nice ones even though there profit criteria was almost impossible to meet, but I still managed. I was even finding deals that needed no work and could have turned them easily for great profits, I even had one sold before even getting the go ahead on it, sold for a 100,000.00 dollar profit, and there reasoning for not getting the property was based on the fact that it didn't need any work. I even had another, my last straw, a million dollar home that would have netted nearly 170k. There excuse was that the home wasn't worth what I had determined it was worth even thought I had found one identical to it going for the exact price I told them to resale it at. I have kept track of all of the homes, and how we lost them, weather we lost them to disqualification, them dragging there feet till the home got picked up by someone else, by underbidding them, of which they did on every one, and so on. I also have been keeping track of how much those homes were picked up for, and now, how much they are being re-marketed at by other investors who are now bringing those homes back onto the market, and guess what, my numbers are showing up on almost every one of them. I have also been keeping track on how much money they have thrown away, and what I have lost as they were finding every reason not to pursue. I have also kept track on how much lost time I have lost pursuing this phony game of there's, not to mention how much time they waisted of other peoples time such as my real estate agent, and contractors. My losses how ever have spanned ever beyond just time, you see I have now lost my family as a result of there little game, and now, my home... They were made fully aware as I lost my family, and then my home while they continued playing their game, and they have no idea on what kind of hurt they will have administered for themselves as I am now talking to attorneys preparing a class action suit against them. I will destroy them as they have me as I have nothing to lose at this point. Anyone wanting on board???
