Yes, I too fell victim to this person that calls herself a psychic and professional astrologer "with the utmost integrity". Unfortunately I did not discover that Jenna is a scam artist until she already had my money.
I attempted to contact her several times about the status of my reading (which she informed me would only take 24-72 hours to complete once she had my funds) but, there were never any responses several days past the time frame she had disclosed. Finally, I searched her name (sure wish I would have done that first) to see if I could contact her another way to obtain the services I had paid her for. Imagine my surprise to find out I had been scammed.
As I read the other complaints I was astounded at the similarities to every correspondence she had sent me. Everything this person sends is a boiler plate. Just today I finally received a response to my request for a refund due to services never rendered and my disappointment in what I had found out about her on the usacomplaints. Coms. Her response is pasted below:
"I am sorry that you had to see those, I can assure you though that I am confident in my readings and that I can guarantee that what has been said of me is untrue! Everyone has their critics, including myself. It is near impossible for me to please everyone. Most people complain, because they do not like what I have to say in their readings. Or sometimes, there are problems with payments, or my clients being double charged, but I make sure to refund the charges immediately. I would hope that you would reconsider this, however if not I understand."

I emailed her again stating she never even sent the reading she is so confident in, that I wanted a full refund, and was not impressed that none of my conerns were acknowledged or that she was going to take any action to rectify the issue. Shortly after which I received the above message again. Apparhently she doesn't even read the complaints people send her she just shoots off this boiler plated pathetic apology.
I have gone through the hassle and cancelled my credit card provided to her. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company to receive a refund. I'm hoping this is the last negative energy I have to waste on this horrid person and that karma will catch up with whoever is really doing this to people and they will get everything they deserve.
