Tom Cramer called regarding a debt collection for my wife When I asked him for the account number as well as the amount he became very rude with obscene verbal comments and threats, ethnic slurs and foul language very degrading and unprofessional I asked to speak to his boss and I was told I would have to hold cause he was talking to another dipsh-t like me, when he finally got on the line he was just as rude and said Tom had every right to speak to a deadbeat that way the debt in reference is over 8 yrs old. He threatned to pull my credit 4 times a day to "ruin me" In his words. This company has to be stopped immediatly!
