Michele McGeachie a social service investigator must be a little retarded or a high school drop-out because she is threatening to have a 70 year old disabled man arrested and prosecuted for a suposed over-payment way back in the year 2002. My point first would be, why did she wait so long before sending a threatening letter? Second, I would like to see the proof of any over-payment received, and third, didn't she ever hear of a thing called a statue of limitations? I mean rape which is a more serious crime has a statue of limitations of 5 years and this supposed crime was alleged to have occurred longer than that. I suggest the department of social service hire smarter individuals than Michele McGeatchie because at her education level I bet she finds it hard to tie her sneakers in the morning let alone investigate cases involving supposed fraud.
