I purchased Frontline Plus from this company a few months back. Had some questions about the company and product so I called the company. Someone aswered the phone and answered my questions, I specifically asked if the products were in the US, he said yes, so I ordered. The products came about 2 weeks later from Australia! Different product, so I called several times, no answer, so, I began to email the [email protected]. I did get replies, but kept getting beaten around the bush with one liners. Finally, I returned my product to the California address with hopes to receive a credit. To this day, no credit. I have all of the email that were written stating that I would get the refund and mentioned this to him, no response. I called last evening, no answer, of course and left a message. Awaiting a reply.
In short, I feel that this company is a "one man band" and he is a reseller of pet products from another country. He mentioned in an email that his products come from France!
I suggest you not buy from this company, no matter what discount is offered! If you do, you may be sorry. I am going to the BBB next and will go further if I have to. It is amazing how some companies can rip you off and not have that be on their conscience, what is this world coming to?
