We had to cut down on expenses and decided to drop our cell phone service with Verizon, but they came through with a plan that was half the price and a better fit with our calling habits. Thanks Verizon for all the years of great service. We have lived across the USA and never had any problems with the phone or the service. We have held the same phone number every where we lived.
