I joined dentalplans.com with the understanding that a certain Dentist was on their list. My appointment with the Dentist was later than their 30 day cancellation policy. My Dentist is not part of their discount program and I can not get a refund even though I have no use of this service. I filed a chargeback with my bank but it was not accepted since their contracts clearly state no refund after 30 days. I am out $179.95. What other recourse do I have?
