Like many consumers I also was sucked into the trap of Lenox Capital or should I say Freedom Resource. I Recieved a call near the end of October by this full of shit company telling me that I was eligible for an unsecured Visa credit card with a credit limit of $2,500.00. Which I ask the person I spoke to for more information, and they stated that it is with no interest no annual fee, plus I would receive a free cell phone, $100 in gas coupon, $100 in groceries plus a free vacation for two just for signing up.
At the time I was thinking no not interested but then I thought about my kids and Christmas. I can really use that credit card to get my kids the gifts they always wanted, so like a fool I agreed to try it out, I gave them my information and bank account info then they transfered me to an authorization center and told me not to hang up that it was very important that i stay on the line to finish the process, so thinking twice I hung up the phone while I was on hold waiting for the asshole on the other to finalize my request.
About five minutes later them assholes called me back and stated to me MR. Rios it is very important that you stay on the line so I did and finished with the process, my initial date for the money to be withdrawn was Nov. 8, the money was never withdrawn that date so I ended up using the money thinking well I guess that was to good to be true, but at the same time thinking what if they withdraw the following week, well sure enough they did, and really screwed me financially the same week I was to send my car payment they took $221.95 out of my account, and to this date I have not received any credit card, phone call etc.
I tried calling them with the number they gave me and was unable to complete the call, when I finally realized that they gave me a bogus number. I wasn't sure what was going on so I contacted my bank and got the information of who withdrew the money from my account and low and behold it was Lenox Capital.
With the information my bank gave I was able to follow up and see what they are all about and just as i figured nothing but a bunch of F—king scam artists. I'm going to see if I'm able to get my money back since it has only been a week and a half since they took my money, believe once I do get my money this isn't going to be over, i'm going to see how I can get these assholes prosecuted and maybe file a lawsuit against these low life, dirty rotten, money stealing, good for nothing cocksuckers.
