Saxon's Mortgage Services is a predetory lender who is out to get anyone's house to foreclosure. If you are reading this report and Saxon's Mortgage is your choice of loans? Find another lender. This company bought our loan from another company. Beware!
They have poor customer service. Nasty. Don't fax any information to them. They will claim they did not get it. Our house was on the market for 10 months. Found 5 buyers. The last one was a quick sale before the foreclosure date, they dragged the deal on and on and on. The buyers finally pulled out of the deal. We had to fill for chapter 13.
This company adds on extra inflated fees. PMI insurance which was not on the original loan papers. Added mortgage insurance, which we have had, from a private insurance company for the last 13 years, since we owed the home.inflated taxes, should I keep going?
If they claim that they don't want your home, then why do they not take partial payments? For example, if you are 2 months behind on the loan, they will not take the first months payment. It is either all two months or none. Sounds like a foreclosure hound to me.
Are you trying to work out your situation with this company? Don't bet your life on it or you will surely be dead. Will filling out hardship papers help your situation with this "soon to be on the top five predatory lenders' list company?" I was told by one of their reps, "We are going to help the people who have not been late with their loan in the last 12 months." Excuse me??!! Do we have a bad connection here??? Why are you trying to help the people who have not been late with their mortgage? Does it sound like they need any help? Sounds like a foreclosure hound to me.
I will post on this web-site as often as I can. Saxons needs to be investigated and brought to justice. This company sure gets a "F" minus in my grade book. To be continued...
