My computer became infected with a virus then a popup shows up offering a program to remove same. I purchased this online then discovered it to be a ripoff. The phone number offered goes to a mailbox that is full

After my computer becam einfected with a virus a pop-up displyed a way to get rid of the problem for a fee of $49.95. I then purchaes this program online. The program wouldn't install.

I then attempted to contact Coustomer support for help. I reached an automated line which I was advised I was 13-20 caller in line to receive help and to saty on line (I called this line 5 times with the same results) after waiting 20 mins I was told by the atomated voice due to high number of calls I was to leave my name and number and someone would conact me within 24 hrs to help me. I was then kicked to a voice mailbox which was full and could no leave message.

I then contaced my bank and discovered that I had been cahrged $ 117.00 by this comapny instead of $49.95. I had to take my computer company the get my computer fixed and everything had to be removed and the hard drive had to be re formatted.
