This 58 yr old CON artist CONNIE CHRISTOPHER, used to rent from me. Lets put that loosely, because renters, from my experience, PAY. She seemed nice, like all snake oil sales men, and unfortunately for me, a friend had referred her to me unbeknown to them, didn't realize what a con and user she was either. She will use every excuse in the book to make you feel sorry for her. From I have cancer to I can't find work because I'm too old and not qualified. Well that is for sure true, if you talk yourself into that, it will come.
Before I knew how much of a Con she was, I had allowed her to FOSTER this gorgeous long coated German Shepherd pure bred male, who turns two soon. I have his AKC papers, his parents, their DNA, his DNA, and much proof the dog is mine. Police doesn't care nor does animal control. What else is new, when you need them...
Its absurd.
The local spay neuter clinic, run by a freak show out of control maniac surgeon Oberfell didn't even surrender my dog to me, instead he threw me out of the clinic and gave the CON ARTIST, the dog back because she had checked him in for an Unauthorized neuter. Can you believe this maniac came out of surgery to yell at me and I had not even said anything. Hope it wasn't your dog on the table!!! I had the whole enchilada folder full of proof on me, I was dressed nicely, I'm not 12 yrs old and its been years since I got throw out of anything! The proof was not even taken a look at. I told them to call the police so I could get my dog back. Little did I know that they don't give a crap about living beings dogs, or those of us, who pay their salaries. I was flatly dumbfounded again.
The clinic and shelter director Adams didn't care either, by the way. I wrote a huge letter with all details. Got a polite phone call back, and Obergfell got a slap on the wrist. I investigated some and no wonder he doesn't have his own business. Several people told me he was a jackass. No manners, what so ever. Stay away from that clinic and don't let him operate on your pets. Who knows if he has to pee mid way operating your dog, he'll walk out to do so.
The clinic, in the beginning, just a measly year ago, had THREE surgeons to take shifts and operate. I can see now what happened there. No doubt he pissed them off too! As when I asked the director, he said Obergfell was the only surgeon there and the manager of the clinic. Way to go Adams!!! You guys must be hard up for some real talent. Being in the dog business I have noticed in the past year I a substantial turnover in the clinic's personnel as well. Another sign of mental abuse, perhaps?
I would really like to find out if there are more complaints against the clinic's management. Pls contact me about that as well aside from wanting to find my dog.
I've spent a ton of time on this already and she owes me $2000 in back rents and she left the house FILTHY, of course, (a pig is a pig after all) and utilities, but foremost, I care about the dogs and their well-being. I put him in this position, and I am responsible to get them out.
Her tel nrs are 474-6378 and 920-3164 which she won't answer unless she knows the nr calling her is not calling to get some dough from her, no doubt. She drives a red subaru outback. She has three dogs total, an 8 yr old Dalmation female, Hanna, a 10 yr old German Shepherd female, Joga, and Kareen, the 2 yr old in question, long coated pure bred, aka she calls him the ridiculous name Piglet. Why she doesn't surrender him to me is beyond me, she can't afford $500 rent, her house she owns is in foreclosure, and she is trying to sell it in a market that sucks from here to whoknowswhere, thus, so much for that. With two older dogs in need of medical care, then why in the world would you chance a third dog, while your house is on the brink of foreclosure too. She was renting it out with my help, but now those tenants are leaving due to her harassment of unexpected visits. Unbelievable. So now she has to pay rent somewhere and a mortgage, where the $500 was too much for her? You think she is lying about something eh...
She sometimes works and I use that loosely, at Jackalope at the glass blowing shop, and maybe sometimes at a kiosk in the DeVargas mall selling crap no one needs. Maybe you know her.
I hope she is frequenting the Sfe Dog Park again or that Arroyo by Bellamah where people walk their dogs and that one of you will notice her and find out where she lives so I can proceed with getting the dog back and get him into a forever home where he will be cared for with good foods, not Beneful, that crap food made out of carton boxes.
I can only hope someone who reads this cares enough and might have seen her or knows her (you are hereby warned in that case), etc and can help this dog out and get him into a great home, which he deserve.
