Paid for an Item and never recieved it Los Angelas

Bought an item on ebay sent the money and never recieved the product this guy screwed me out of about $500.00 and don't want him to get anyone else. He stayed in contact with me for a while stringing me along and I was very patient but eventually gave up on recieving the product.
