On may 3 I placed an online order for 100 hedges with autumn ridge nursery. Totalling $150. Delivery was to be made on friday May 9. No delivery. I called them No answer. (I called all day long and each time I had a chance to call still no answer. I emailed them no answer. My delivery was already two weeks late.
On May 16, I got a confirmation that my order had shipped. Today Tuesday May 20th I finally received my order. It was one bundle of dried up sticks! That was not the picture on the internet.
I called them and to my surprise they answered.
I told them that I am not happy with the delivery and the bundle of dried up sticks is not what I ordered. He said, they are not dried they are dormant.
They were wrapped in wet newspaper, with the roots all dried up.
I have already put in a complaint with the Tennessee Consumers Affairs.
This company should not be in business.
