About 3 months ago I received a pop up that said I had a virus. Files-Secure said ithey would charge me $79.95 to remove it. I installed the program and ended up having more viruses than I started with.
Their homepage says they have a 30 day money back guarantee. I emailed them immediately and never received a response. I have emailed them multiple times since then and have NEVER received a response back.
This is NOT a case of buyers remorse. I bought a service and it was not delivered. I am very upset and would appreciate any help you can offer.
