Compliance posters and notices not Mandatory

This company constantly calls and harrass's they say if you do not purchase thes Oyhsa, ohio update for labor relations and and compliances we will be heavily fined, they also have insurance to protect the company if we purchase all poster they advise, we did purchase the last six months till I looked into this situation
