The owner, Mr. Umlauf, made the proposition that we would go into business together. He showed me his license and portrayed that all was legal. Upon becoming licenses myself in Realty, the owner then revealed to me that his license was no good and hadn't been for years. I spent time and money that I have now lost. Anyone having anything to do with this person is foolish. He is not honest or truthful.
