Unauthorized debit from my debit card internet

They first debited my account 2 months ago for $35.00, ad my bank suggested that I close out that debit card and they sent me a new one. Today, my debit card got charged again for $6.87. I don't want to close out my card once more. It is too much hassle. What am I to do? Someone should put a stop to this scam!!! I am so frustrated...
