Having suffered the poor service of Brighthouse bundled service for a year, we called to transfer to another address. Contrary to their TV advertisements, we were given all types of reasons service could not be installed in 24 hours as advertised. Poor fools we were, we did not notify them earlier because of the TV advertisements. So we would be without phone, TV, or internet, until they came. We were even told they could not contact field personnel, so what about emergencys? Fire, flood, or hurricanes? We were even told it takes a long time for them to look at the computer and chane the service. And the list goes on. We have not had high speed internet since we signed on. The technician did not install correctly at iniatial service start up. And the service freezes or shuts down frequently. To make matters worse, Customer service is non -responsive, and where oh where is the corporate office? Customer service will not supply their names, ("You don't need my name") or phone numbers to the corporate office.
