This is the fifth time I have tried to get into contact with Mr. Colvin only to be told he is not there. When I wait around to see him when he returns, I see him leave from the back!
If he has done nothing wrong than why is he unavailable for comment? He also ownd the old Hillyard High School in Spokane WA. The building was built in early 1900 and was converted into an apartment building in 1943, or close.
That building to was not kept in good condition and a disabled man fell down the stairs and cracked his head open. This man was useing the stairs because the elevader had been broken for months.
Not only can all this be found by looking up his name on the web, it can be found by searching the Spokane Wa newspaper website. I believe it it spoksmanreview.com
That is how I found out about the other things that he hasn't taken care of. There are other units that needed to be fixed. I'm grateful that the worst thing I had to put up with was flooding and violance!
